Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive a pre-form to complete.
Upon receiving this form duly filled out, our team will carefully review your information within 24 to 48 business hours.
If any medical tests are required, we will inform you accordingly.
If you already have recent test results (performed within the last few months), please send them by email together with the form.
Once this step is complete, you will be invited to select the date of your appointment via our online calendar.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Appointment Modifications and Availability
At OptimalMedici, we understand that unexpected events can occur.
To reschedule or modify an appointment, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance via email or WhatsApp, so that we can reorganize your schedule efficiently.
Important Note:
If the calendar is fully booked at the time of your rescheduling request, we will offer the next available date, which may be at a later time.
We therefore recommend booking your appointment as early as possible to ensure your preferred availability.
Any request made less than 72 hours before the scheduled consultation may not be accepted, except in cases of force majeure.
In the event of an unjustified absence, the consultation will be considered completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be possible.
